* Response to client requirements
* Response to reactive calls
* Statutory compliance
* Asset history
* Planned preventative maintenance
* Maintenance PPM history

As part of the audit, all site manuals & records are inspected in terms of accuracy and compliance to the contract specification. All statutory records are inspected to ensure compliance. Following the audit an action plan is presented to the client and then to the incumbent M & E contractor. We believe the best results are obtained when working with the contractors to implement solutions. This is implemented by setting achievable target dates for completion of items, in addition to putting in place systems that prevent future failures. Once these procedures are in place PAS continue to manage compliance at formal monthly meetings to ensure that all processes are working for the betterment of the building and its occupiers
