Following appointment in January 2009 to provide technical maintenance management consultancy overseeing of the landlords mechanical, electrical and public health systems maintenance contract following the retender of the contract in 2008 by others, PAS negotiated a fully comprehensive contract with the incumbent contractor at preferential rates and for an extended term to coicide with the principle tenants’ lease term.

Upon completion of the negotiation, PAS ensured the contractor re mobilised the site utilising a deatiled implementation planning system to ensure systems, processes and procedures were in place to take the service levels forward for the contract term.

The mobilisation picked up the review of the existing planned preventative maintenance management system and implementation of revised maintenance task instruction sets which respond to the contract specification and tenant profile/property requirements.
