Property Management Standards

Another area of expertise is our operational strategy for ensuring consistent property and engineering management standards are developed, measured and monitored on an ongoing basis. We will review the existing processes in place and seek to introduce operational standards to enable property managers to deliver constantly high standards and measure the quality of individual property against agreed quality standards.  

It would be our recommendation that we develop and carry out building audits which interrogate hard and soft service delivery levels; these audits will highlight areas which require improvement along with appropriate timelines for correcting matters. The ultimate objective would be to ensure consistency in standards, raise the standards where they do not meet expectation and have a clear reporting line directly into the property manager.
