The transitional management of buildings from pre practical completion to post practical completion and tenant fit out is an area in which we are highly skilled, our team has worked on many high profile mixed use London developments such as 160 Queen Victoria Street, 1 Poultry, Watling House, 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin) and  Plantation Place to name a few. From the moment we are involved in a project, we develop strong relationships with the basebuild teams (architects/consultants etc) and establish lines of communications to enable us to deal with warranty and defect issues in a seamless, expedient manner. 

We are experienced at working closely with letting agents and marketing consultants; a well planned management regime will be a considerable asset to the marketing campaign and will assist in early lettings in today’s commercially aware tenant market. We recommend holding initial meetings with the marketing team in order to understand their strategy and to ensure that we have the ability to provide the very best management information package to meet potential tenant’s requirements.
