This service involves the review of the current VT services maintenance and the compilation of all contract tender documentation for issuing as part of a competitive open market tender process. This can include reviewing of VT asset registers, compilation of bespoke VT specification and forms of tender which will be incorporated into an approved contract document utilising agreed service providers. The service includes dealing with all queries/clarifications, contract negotiations, post tender interviews and compilation of a contract placing report in accordance with RICS service charge code of practise.
